Cosy Holiday Apartments in Lourmarin, Provence in the South of France

Up one level from the street, the apartment is small but comfortable. Its main room is long and thin, with the kitchen at one end and French windows at the other end overlooking the street below. It has a small fireplace, comfortable chairs and a couch, and a round dining table just in front of the French doors.

One bedroom is in the back of the apartment, beyond the kitchen and bathroom; the other is in the front, in a curtained alcove off the main room. The bed in the front bedroom is on a platform about five steps up from floor level, and is about four inches narrower than a standard American double bed. The bed in the back bedroom is a few inches wider than an American double bed. There are plenty of linens.

The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator and sink, and is well stocked with utensils and dishes. The bathroom has a tiled shower.

Guests are respectfully invited not to smoke in the apartment.
